Step 1.  Make your pitching motion video

1. Use your digital camera with video capabilities, video camera or cell phone with a movie mode to make your video.

2. Place yourself in the back of the frame, so you move from one side of the frame to the other. 

3. Keep the camera stationary while performing your entire pitching motion within the frame.

Step 2.  Send us your pitching motion video.

1. Save your file as a AVI, WMV or MOV and remember where to find your video file on your computer.

2. Complete the form below to alert us you're sending your video.

3. Actually send us your video from the new screen  appearing after you "Submit" this form.
