"The most successful people are those who are
good at plan B." - James Yorke
Our
careful 14 year research study not only shows how all the really
successful #1 Major League Starters keep their Back Shoulders over
their Back Feet long into their motion, but also reveals an
innovative teaching protocol to find and coach the Hand/Leg
movements that produce the same exceptional results as these Top
Flight Pitchers.

When you feel your currently functional motion just doesn't make you
Major League roster ready, then ask the
Professional Pitching Institute
to make your motion exceptional. |
We Eliminate Your Disruptive "Reflex Actions" ... To give you a more
consistent Back Shoulder position, we adjust your current disruptive
Hand/leg movements to create a productive "reflex action” that'll
synchronize your entire motion into a glove pounding machine.
To Work Through Your Weaknesses, You
MUST Manage Your "Reflex Actions" ... Before you read on, we recommend you
to take part in a very brief exercise ...
1. Please stand on your Back Foot.
2. Now, do something (anything) to get your Hips and Shoulders to tilt
backward, then forward and now from side-to-side.
To make these side-to-side and tilting
Shoulder actions, you moved your Hand and Legs in various directions and in
different combinations.
In your current motion, your Hand/Leg
actions constantly trigger these same instinctive, yet subconscious, Back
Shoulder "reflex actions".
Your Non-negotiable Back Shoulder... Let's say during your next pitch
your "reflex actions" change Back Shoulder position by an extremely slight 1/2"
margin.
1. As a reaction to this 1/2", you
change your Throwing Hand release by 1" which causes you to ...
2. miss your last pitch location by 7".
We combine a Pitcher's current
Hand/Leg actions with our exclusive pitching protocol to ...
1. stabilize their Back
Shoulder position,
2. keep their Core vertical and
3. hold their Shoulders/Hips in line with their target line.
The
Professional Pitching Institute is the ONLY pitching instruction in the World to show
Pitchers how to neutralize their disruptive "reflex actions". Your "Pitching Chain"
visually shows you how your Hand/Leg actions compliment or
disrupt each other. Every one of your disruptive
Hand/Leg movements create a "reflex action" that swings your Back
Shoulder from over your Back Foot.
"Reflex Action": Stephen Strasburg effectively synchronizes his Hand
and Legs movements to gradually lower his Back Shoulder over this
Back Foot.
Why Your Spotty Results ... Your current Hand/Leg actions
generate disruptive Back Shoulder "reflex actions" that naturally and
automatically swing your Back Shoulder from over your Back Foot.
1. Horizontal Back Shoulder “Swings”
Your Hands/Leg actions may swing your Back Shoulder
horizontally. Every time your Hand/Leg actions "swing" your Back Shoulder
horizontally off your target line, you must "reverse-swing" your Back Shoulder
to exactly the same position as your last delivery or run the risk of missing
your target by 7" or more.
A.J. Burnett - 2010 Mid-Season ERA 4.75

To locate each pitch, Burnett's
reverse Back Shoulder swing must be
exact.
2. Forward Back Shoulder "Swings"
Your Hands/Leg actions may immediately
"swing" your entire Body toward Home. In the process, you instantly launch your
Back Shoulder toward the plate and away from your Back Foot. With your weight
moving too far forward too soon, to duplicate your last release point, you need
to separate your Hands at exactly the same point as your last pitch. Miss your
last Separation point by even the smallest of margins and you miss your target
by 7" or more.
Randy Wells - 2010 Mid-Season ERA 4.61

Wells free falls forward. Unless he separates
at exactly the same
spot, his location suffers.
